The identification of cytokine-secreting NK cell subsets is an important parameter in studying and understanding NK cell function in innate activation and suppression. The DURAClone IF NK Activation Tube kit consists of ready-to-use tubes containing a mix of 6 antibodies conjugated to 5 different fluorochromes (Anti-IFNγ-FITC, CD56-PC7, Anti-TNFα-A700, CD3-PB, CD14-PB and CD45-KrO). The DURAClone IF NK Activation Tube has been developed to be used with the PerFix-nc permeabilization buffer kit (B31167) to allow detection of intracellular cytokines.
