Cydem VT System: Reagents and Consumables
The Cydem VT Automated Cell Culture System helps your cell line development lab to screen CHO clones with more confidence for the next steps in process development.
The validated reagent and consumables kits are designed to contain everything you need for a 2-week experiment and to allow at minimum a 3-day walk-away time without having to refill any tips or reagents.
All kits are compatible with the Cydem VT Automated Cell Culture System.

Cydem VT System Kits Descriptions
Cell Culture Standard Experiment Kit
The integrated bioreactor is run with four 24-well bioreactor plates (5 mL) for the parallel cultivation of 96 clones. Each plate is equipped with an innovative gassing chip allowing for well-specific gassing into the head-space. Additionally, each cultivation well is equipped with optical sensors (optodes) for real-time measurement of both pH and dissolved oxygen. The kit contains all four bioreactor plates required for a 2-week campaign, as well as two Cell Health Test Kits.
Cell Health Test Kit
From the beginning to the end of your experiment, the integrated cell health module generates regular updates on cell count and viability. This module uses well-known Vi-CELL BLU Analyzer technology to deliver accurate and precise answers from minimal sample volumes. One Cell Health Test Kit contains the reagents required to run a minimum of 6 x 96 cell count and viability measurements.
Titer Standard and Extended Kits
The integrated titer module provides you with the valuable insights necessary to make informed decisions about your clone selection – because you’ll be able to learn more about clone productivity not just at the end of your screening experiment, but at important points in between. The Titer Standard Kit provides tests for a minimum of 8 x 96 titer measurements, the Titer Extended Kit for a minimum of 12 x 96 measurements.
Human IgG Standard Kit
The Human IgG Standard Kit ensures highest accuracy and precision for your on-deck monoclonal antibody (mAbs) titer measurements. The kit contains 10 mg human IgG standard for measuring a mAbs standard curve.
